Add R-Ladies Global ROR ID (https://ror.org/05wpb1k41) to the DESCRIPTION copyright holder entry and create a CITATION.cff file with the ROR identifier for citability. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
