In 2025 Europeana started hosting the Rights Statements website. This pull request is bringing back the necessary changes to the original repository, to make that repository ready for community engagement.
This pull request contains a lot of commits of the fork and include editorial as well as changes in infrastructure organisation. This the head repository is the one currently on rightsstatement.org and is working.
