The only software that stands between your skyscraper and an embarrassing tilt
CaissonOps manages the entire deep foundation permitting lifecycle — drilling, soil certification, inspector coordination, concrete pour sign-offs — across every jurisdiction your project touches. It catches load assumption mismatches before they become structural investigations. The tower stays vertical because the paperwork never slipped through a crack.
- Full drilling permit lifecycle tracking with multi-jurisdiction conflict detection
- Soil bearing capacity diff engine that flags discrepancies across up to 847 concurrent boring report revisions
- Automatic escalation to municipal building departments when structural load assumptions diverge from geotechnical findings
- Native integration with Procore, Bluebeam, and the ASCE 7 load table reference API
- Inspector visit logging with cryptographic audit trails. No one disputes the timeline.
- Concrete pour sign-off gating that physically cannot be bypassed if a conflict is unresolved

CaissonOps is built on a microservices backbone with each permit jurisdiction running as an isolated service behind an Envoy proxy mesh, so a permitting freeze in one municipality never blocks progress in another. Conflict detection runs as a separate stateless worker fleet that subscribes to document change events via Kafka. All geotechnical report data and boring logs are stored in MongoDB, which handles the hierarchical document relationships better than anything relational could. Session state and real-time inspector location data are persisted in Redis for long-term historical querying and audit reconstruction.
