Refactor visual asset method reorder regression module

Closes #5232

Structural-only #2564 slice.

• Moves the contiguous method-reordering and failed-batch rollback regression family to a focused included test module.
• Preserves the aggregate test executable, declarations, invocation order, fixtures, visual-asset behavior, raw-byte preservation, report/label, localization, and machine contracts.
• Confirms the moved body is byte-identical to v1-development.

Validation:

• TMPDIR=/home/rich/temp Debug build of test_visual_asset_editor.
• CTest test_visual_asset_editor passed 1/1.
