Fixes the endpoint lifecycle when release or reset arrives while a runner is still mounting. Pending run RPC calls now settle on cancellation, retained channels are released on cancellation and mount failure, and a late mount is destroyed immediately. Includes jsdom and real Worker browser regression coverage.
