I added my contact info for Uproot projects and I removed Jim's since he's no longer working on this. I also marked feature development for TTree features as obsolete, since we'll focus on RNTuple moving forward. However, I made the exception for
uproot-complete-tbranch-updatesince there was a lot of work that already went into it, so it would be good to finish it.
