Changed the script default settings with Microsoft's default settings.
Removed attachment flag. If path is present then automatically attach.
Automatically attach if absolute path to the file is present in the property.

Better to default with Secure option so I'd vote leave SSL and Office365 uses port 587 so that's also a good default.

The default value is 25, which is the default SMTP port.
-UseSsl
Indicates that the cmdlet uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to establish a connection to the remote computer to send mail. By default, SSL is not used.
