Is there progress on this PR? I'd like to upgrade my stdlib to v9 but this is one of the packages blocking it. |

Unfortunately I stopped using Puppet and therefore don't find time to maintain this module. I think there are some tests failing on this pr. I don't have the env setup to run them locally but if you would like to submit a pr I will be more than happy to merge it. |

More than happy to merge it if it was tested and not failing tests. Don't have time to fix it though |

I have never done so, but I would be happy to test it and fix issues, can you point me to a tutorial or resource to get me started on that path? |
