An AI pipeline to process industrial incident reports (PDF/DOCX and images). It uses Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch to extract summaries , analyze images , and classify operational risks into a final JSON output.
PDFs used for the local app are provided in sample_pdfs folder. Main app and README.md for the same can be found in the MindBridge-App folder.
