But if it's down, we get an error like so in hummingbird ext:

We should say:

• there's an error / cannot get catalog at the moment (maybe user is behind a proxy or something, so would be nice to have additional info)
• push it to console logs so we know the debug information
• give a link at least where we are getting the information from, would be nice to provide the user to https://catalog.hummingbird-project.io/
