Ruby 3.2 reached EOL on 2026-04-01, so remove it from the CI test matrix. The matrix now covers 3.3 (security maintenance) and 3.4. - ref: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads/branches/

Active Record 8.1 still accepts Ruby 3.2: https://rubygems.org/gems/activerecord So we don't remove Ruby 3.2 for now. |
