Bumps tomasvotruba/class-leak to ^2.3.
2.3 skips interfaces implemented at least once, so they no longer need a manual
--skip-type. Checked every interface entry in the Active Classes command against the current source:Rector\Set\Contract\SetListInterfacebecame redundant - its implementations are referenced directly, so just the interface was being flagged, now auto-skipped. Dropped it.--skip-typeinterface entries stay:--skip-typeis polymorphic and suppresses whole implementation families (TypeMapper, NodeTypeResolver, etc.) that are wired via tags/config and not referenced directly. Removing them re-flags those classes.
