Patch release. Since v0.9.0: #95 (all runtime SVG XML parsing via defusedxml — new runtime dep
defusedxml>=0.7,<1; security-only behavior change on adversarial inputs) + #96 (#37 step 1: additivecolor_errorreport key). Conversion outputs byte-identical; 140 tests green.
