Introduces support for Reader Document import (coming soon) and updating full content of notes that have not been modified in Obsidian since they were imported. This way new highlights will be appended to the Highlights section instead of creating new sections on every update.
For the new highlight appending feature to work for previously exported notes, they need to be deleted and imported again, having the "Resync deleted files" setting enabled.
