既有行内评论和 PR 评论为空；已有一次针对旧提交的批准仅作为上下文，不影响当前 head 的判断。按 release/Cargo.lock/CHANGELOG 检索未发现需要阻塞此发布更新的重叠改动。没有遗留的阻塞问题或测试缺口。
