Ultrahand has a specific syntax for conditioning toggles, as seen in the reference: https://github.com/ppkantorski/Ultrahand-Overlay/blob/df28a8d96747b0e3d0905ffe6316666e2e4ed8f2/source/utils.hpp#L5625
This PR fixes all toggles so they update their state correctly.
