Sysmodule 00FF007468656D65 crashes at boot. Gated wipe behind nxthemes_sysmodule var so it can be re-enabled once upstream ships a fixed build.

The NxThemesInstaller background sysmodule (00FF007468656D65) crashes at boot on consoles where it was previously installed by the NXThemes Installer app.
