Migration notes

The site was migrated from Jekyll (Minima theme) to Next.js 15 static export (App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) so it can be redesigned with a 21st.dev / shadcn-style UI later.

Local development

npm install
npm run dev        # http://localhost:3000/the-malware-box
npm run build      # static export → ./out/

Deployment

Pushed to main → GitHub Actions builds Next.js → uploads ./out/ → deploys to GitHub Pages automatically. Live at: https://raph-rcn.github.io/the-malware-box/

Adding future UI components

• UI primitives go in components/ui/ (shadcn/21st.dev compatible)
• Install shadcn components: npx shadcn@latest add <component>
• CSS variables are wired in app/globals.css
• components.json is pre-configured for shadcn-cli

Adding a new analysis

1. Create content/analyses/YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md
2. Add frontmatter:

3. Push to main — GitHub Actions deploys automatically.
