Update appointment/event lists dynamically when changes are made

Description:
Currently, when appointments or events are created, updated, or deleted, the user’s appointment history, the admin panel, and the calendar view do not automatically refresh. Users must manually reload the page to see the latest changes, which creates confusion and disrupts workflow.

Expected Behavior:

• Appointment history, admin panel lists, and calendar view should update automatically after any of the following actions:
• Appointment or event is created
• Appointment or event is updated
• Appointment or event is deleted
• Users should always see the most up-to-date information without needing to refresh the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the calendar view or appointment history.
2. Create, edit, or delete an appointment/event.
3. Observe that the changes do not appear until the page is refreshed.
