Implement overall android app functionality

Requirements

1. Language should be Java.
2. Target API > 24
3. App should be persistent
4. App should make good use of activity state management
5. Google Maps API for ETA, routes, way points, location tracking, etc.
6. App should be able to receive push notifications.
7. Appropriately request for permissions.
8. Use appropriate dependencies.
9. Test Driven Development is highly encouraged.

Tasks

• Implement app features as shown in the wire-frames
• Thoroughly test app for bugs.
