This pull request adds support for a new property type, "shared-apartment", to the SwissRets schema. The change ensures that both the documentation and the actual schema definition are updated accordingly.
Schema and documentation update:
docs/swissRetsSchema.jsonandschema/swissRetsSchema.jsonto align the documentation with the schema and support this new property type.
