Description of Change
Remove IBM Direct Access API Client (Transition Period Ends July 2nd)
The IBM Direct Access API has been renamed to the IBM Quantum System API, and the corresponding resource type name has changed from direct-access to ibm-quantum-system.
During the transition period (until July 2nd), both direct-access and ibm-quantum-system resource type names were supported. This PR removes support for the direct-access resource type name, effective July 2nd.
