Describe the feature you would like to see.

As I love to be up-to-date, I hate to see, that the Pyrodactyl Repository, does not support PHP ^8.5 yet. I just found out about it, where I installed the latest PHP Version and tried to launch the project, a version missmatch.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add support for PHP ^8.5 and maybe drop support for PHP ^8.3
