New ruff version: ignore CPY001 (no copyright headers in this project), parenthesize implicitly concatenated strings for ISC004, and apply the RUF036 union-order fix. New check-sdist version injects junk into an .egg-info directory, which the "tests/**" include pulled into the SDist; exclude egg-info dirs. Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-5
