The docs job fails because the Ars Technica article cited in the Ed25519 documentation returns HTTP 403 to Sphinx's link checker. Add an anchored exception for that specific article to
linkcheck_ignore, preserving the citation and checking all other links.The article is still available. Locally verified that the configuration compiles, the new pattern matches the cited URL but rejects other articles and trailing paths, and lines stay within 79 characters. The full docs session was not run locally because network access is restricted; PR CI will run it.
