Describe the bug
For source-based distros it may be rather complicated to build the PDK package from source without proper instructions, the current build process for distributed packages is (to my knowledge) publicly unknown.
To Reproduce
Try to build PDK from source.
Expected behavior
Something like INSTALL.md should exist in the project root with instructions on how to build the project, or docs/install.md should contain appropriate section.
