O-Ton: optionale Felder transkript + archiv_url - #74

- Schema (content.config.ts): `transkript` (Wortlaut im Kontext, Markdown) und `archiv_url` (Wayback-Snapshot der Videoseite), beide optional/backward-compatible. - Detailseite: transkript als klappbares „Wortlaut im Kontext (Auszug)" unter dem Zitat (zeigt, dass nichts aus dem Kontext gerissen ist); archiv_url als dezenter Fallback-Link neben dem Original-Video (ersetzt das bewusst weggelassene lokale Video-Backup, falls das Original stirbt). - Vorlage (docs/oton-vorlage.md): beide Felder im Template + Erklärung. Bestehende zwei Einträge (plenar) nutzen die Felder noch nicht – Protokoll-PDF ist dort der permanente Beleg; gedacht v.a. für künftige Nicht-Plenar-O-Töne. Ergänzt die zwei optionalen O-Ton-Felder (für künftige Nicht-Plenar-Einträge, wo es kein permanentes Protokoll gibt).
transkript(optional, Markdown): Wortlaut im Kontext, klappbar als „Wortlaut im Kontext (Auszug)" unter dem Zitat → entkräftet den „aus-dem-Kontext"-Vorwurf.archiv_url(optional): Wayback-Snapshot der Videoseite, dezenter Fallback-Link neben dem Original. Ersetzt das bewusst weggelassene lokale Video-Backup, falls das Original offline geht.Beide optional → backward-compatible, die bestehenden zwei (plenaren) Einträge bleiben unverändert. Vorlage + Schema + Detailseite aktualisiert.
