Reverts #5 now that the TestPyPI trusted publisher is configured for provide-io/supsrc + release.yml + env testpypi. Restores the standard caller shape (matches the other 11 Python repos): publish-testpypi → verify-testpypi → publish-pypi → sign-and-upload.
