The Claude Code skill listing truncates a description somewhere above roughly 935 characters, so any load trigger past the cut silently never fires. Rewrite all three descriptions to 900 characters or fewer, replacing enumerations with honest globs (DAEMON_*, METRICS_*, CHECK_*) whose members the bodies already list, so no trigger is lost.
