Summary

The Claude Code skill listing truncates description: frontmatter somewhere above roughly 935 characters, so any load trigger past the cut — usually the Load before tail — silently never fires. All three skill descriptions in this repo were over the cap: storage 1021, daemon 1011, connectivity 998 characters.

This trims each description under 900 characters (now 878, 880 and 824) while keeping every trigger reachable: environment-variable enumerations become honest glob patterns (DAEMON_*, METRICS_*, PING_*, CHECK_*, REBOOT_*, RECOVERY_*) whose members the skill bodies already enumerate, and narrative clauses whose content lives in the bodies are dropped. Only the description: values change; no body text, names, or other files are touched, and no identifier is lost from any file.

The Claude Code skill listing truncates a description somewhere above
roughly 935 characters, so any load trigger past the cut silently
never fires. Rewrite all three descriptions to 900 characters or
fewer, replacing enumerations with honest globs (DAEMON_*, METRICS_*,
CHECK_*) whose members the bodies already list, so no trigger is
lost.
