I'm Ryan Roland Dabao — a 14-year VA industry veteran and 8-year Amazon PPC specialist. I've managed ₱50M+ in ad spend and trained dozens of VAs who went on to work for agencies and brands.
What I learned:
- Most training is theory. Real skills come from practice with real consequences.
- Filipino VAs are some of the most capable in the world — they just need better tools.
- The gap between "knows PPC" and "can execute PPC" is a training problem, not a talent problem.
Project Amazon PH exists to close that gap — training Filipino VAs to go from ₱15k to ₱80k+/month through PPC specialization.
