When generating release notes, we were assuming that a fetch of the tags would be in date order - however an ESR tag would come before the normal semver tags due to the way github orders them. This change filters out the ESR tags to find the true previous tag Change-type: patch Signed-off-by: Ryan Cooke <ryan@balena.io>
