Have you tried again? This works for me. Maybe it was just FigShare being unavailable at the time you tried.

I tried many times today and switched to different networks, but it still didn't work.

You don't have internet access blocked (e.g. on a secure compute cluster or similar)?

Maybe try this before:

options(download.file.method = "libcurl")  # or method = "curl" // method = "wget" // method = "wininet" (on Windows)
