Fix: Add missing Redis and PostgreSQL PDO extensions to Docker image

Description

This PR adds support for Redis caching and PostgreSQL database connectivity by installing the missing PHP extensions in the Docker container.

Changes

• Added Redis extension: Installed via PECL to enable Redis caching support
• Added PDO PostgreSQL extension: Enables PostgreSQL database connections via PDO
• Added build dependencies: Included autoconf, g++, and make required for compiling the Redis extension from PECL

Why these changes are needed

The Docker image was missing critical PHP extensions that many Laravel applications rely on:

• Redis is required for Laravel Horizon
• PostgreSQL is a commonly used database and supported by Pricore

Without these extensions, applications using Redis or PostgreSQL would fail with missing extension errors when running in this Docker container.

Technical details

• Redis is installed via PECL since it's not available as a docker-php-ext-install extension
• Added cleanup (rm -rf /tmp/pear) to keep the image size minimal
• The pdo_pgsql extension works with the existing postgresql-dev package already present in the image

Testing

• Docker image builds successfully
