Fix: Add missing Redis and PostgreSQL PDO extensions to Docker image
Description
This PR adds support for Redis caching and PostgreSQL database connectivity by installing the missing PHP extensions in the Docker container.

The Docker image was missing critical PHP extensions that many Laravel applications rely on:
Without these extensions, applications using Redis or PostgreSQL would fail with missing extension errors when running in this Docker container.
