checkout v4->v6, setup-node v4->v6, pnpm/action-setup v4->v6, github-script v7->v8; also fixes the shipjs comment jobs to use github.rest.issues.createComment (github.issues.* was removed in github-script v5). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
