Removes the graphql option, multipartParser and graphqlUpload plugins, and the busboy/graphql-upload-minimal dependencies. multipartParserPlugin and the GraphQLUpload types remain as deprecated re-exports of the fastify- graphql transport, removed in the next major. The global config remains the recommended app pattern; what the new design
removes is the plugin assuming it exists on the fastify instance. Examples
now pass config.graphql / { ...config.s3, rest: config.rest } explicitly.
