Streamline PIXI Center front end for demo purposes, removing dead links and adding working links to flat buttons. Refactor the JSON describing datasets using the Cancers2021 dataset as the model, and rework the dataset landing page to display descriptive metadata and related resource files.
Also added a data submission form and store responses using sqlite. Requires node.js 22.5 or higher and the command
node ui_kits/web_app/server.jsto start and run the service. Backend configuration to keep this running through tomcat restarts is required.
