the reason for updationg this model is peaks in traing time usually 1-2 secs but peaks for 150-300 secs sometimes maybe env broken or cfr broken need to fox that issue 
update - crate the copy of the best model and now tryign to fix the model the erro was raise samll and raise med are not mathemactically correct
