Tomcat server showing HTTP 404 error

when i run it on eclipse using tomcat server it is showing the below error-->

***HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Apache Tomcat/9.0.62***

run the project on Apache Tomcat v7
it works fine on version 7
