- Update test counts (372 → 478) across all test suites - Add missing files to SHARED_FILES in installer (utils.py, gh.py, db_query.py, cloud_cli.py, chain_utils.py) fixing broken non-symlink installs for Gemini CLI - Update project structure tree with all missing source files and root-level files (audit_compression.py, pyproject.toml, etc.) - Fix Known Limitations: chained commands (&&, ;) and safe trailing pipes are now supported since v1.4.2 - Update Security section with chained command and safe pipe info - Fix processor count: 15 → 18 in structure comment
