Summary

• Added debounced server-side GitHub repository search to the Pot Sources picker using the /api/v1/github/user-repos search endpoint.
• Updated the Sources repo picker UI, including compact search styling, clear action, centered loading and empty states and search-aware copy.
• User doesn't have to hit the "Search" button anymore, repos filter as soon as you type.
