Link Target Attribute (Open in New Tab)

Add "Open in New Tab" option for menu items Description: Users should be able to specify if a menu link should open in the current tab (_self) or a new tab (_blank).

Tasks:

• Add target string column to dishari_menu_items table (default: _self).
• Add a dropdown/checkbox in the "Create/Edit Menu Item" modal to select the target.
• Update the frontend NavMenuItem component to apply the target attribute to the anchor tag.
