Threads a new device chain into place://bci and relates it to the daily red/blue rotation. All trees are drafts for review.

New inventory (sourceable / rotation candidates)

  • bcf-INV-einstar-rockit — EINSTAR Rockit 0.05 mm handheld head scanner (want, ~$1.6k)
  • bcf-INV-entropyloop-qrng — Quantum Village EntropyLoop $35 phase-diffusion QRNG (want)

New relation trees

  • bci-scan-connectionquality of connection = the H¹ descent obstruction (bci-stage-3) evaluated on scan-registered montage coordinates instead of nominal ones. Enumerates bci.blue counterfactuals (collapses to fNIRS + wet-EEG at 0.05 mm; MEG/lattice fall below the floor) and three maximally-unlike bci.red (tFUS / haptic / photic).
  • bci-qrng-collapse — a deterministic date-seed has no counterfactuals; the possible-world/superposition semantics (bci-0015, horse-0001) need a genuine stochastic draw. QRNG + a committed beacon (unpredictable-before, verifiable-after) is the fix, and is what final_state_hash was reaching for.
  • bci-entropyloop-pacer — EntropyLoop core structure (Pico dual-core, 5 m fiber delay, on-device H_min+SHA-512) and its 4-tool MCP surface, wired as the quantum pacer for the daily draw, the loop cadence, and per-vote entropy. Keeps identity (name→color, passport.gay) deterministic; paces only genuine choice.

Edits

  • dev-fab + bcf-devices — 0.2 mm nozzle as the fabrication floor of the 0.05 mm-capture → print loop; adds extended-rotation and spare-parts rows.

Open decisions (flagged, not resolved)

  • Scanner category roll-up filed under bcf-0006 (no scanning/fab bucket exists) — may want bcf-0037 or a new category.
  • No bcf-INV-* trees existed before this; these are the first, so the rotation stays inert until ≥2 overlapping items exist.
  • Device statuses/cost bands are proposals.

Threads a new device chain into place://bci and the daily red/blue rotation:

- bcf-INV-einstar-rockit: EINSTAR Rockit 0.05mm head scanner (want, ~$1.6k)
- bcf-INV-entropyloop-qrng: Quantum Village EntropyLoop $35 QRNG (want)
- bci-scan-connection: quality of connection = H^1 descent obstruction on
  scan-registered montage; blue/red counterfactual enumeration
- bci-qrng-collapse: why a deterministic date-seed voids the possible-world
semantics; QRNG + committed beacon as the fix
- bci-entropyloop-pacer: EntropyLoop core structure + MCP surface, wired as
the quantum pacer for the daily draw / loop / final_state_hash
- dev-fab + bcf-devices: 0.2mm nozzle as the fabrication floor of the
  0.05mm-capture → print loop; extended-rotation + spare-parts rows

Drafts for review — device statuses and category roll-ups (esp. scanner under
bcf-0006) are proposals, not final.

The forest build failed with an unresolved-control-sequence error on
`\defeq` (not defined in macros.tree or anywhere else). Render the
intended "defined as" with KaTeX \coloneqq inside the #{} inline-math
delimiter. Build now completes with 0 non-duplicate errors.

Approved in entirety. Verified the five new rendered pages, the two legacy-page diffs, the three-unit standard EntropyLoop production note, framework-plugin capacity, and bci.red/bci.blue tagging.
