Publish cohort-clustered public file inventory

Summary

• publish all 88 locally verified offered files as anonymous public aliases with deterministic colors
• cluster the ledger as EEG, Math-proofs, and Edge Esmeralda cohorts
• represent the Edge real collection as one 46-file reading and keep 11 simulated fixtures separate
• transclude the ledger into the main forest and remove stale excluded references
• omit participant counts, filenames, paths, hashes, identities, and payload data

Verification

• generator check: 88 files, 38 units, 21,036,101,577 bytes
• GF(3): -1=29, 0=30, +1=29; sum 0
• Gay.jl v0.5.0-4-g4b19d9c, revision 4b19d9cb21b719e19ab477b6d54fd124f8304d5f
