Conversation
GitHub URLs point to the new repository name; the GHCR image name is pinned to `ghcr.io/plone/plone.docker` so the rename does not change where images are published; container image names stay the same. Refs #209
Makes @plone/installers the default code owner, so the team is asked to review every pull request. Refs #209

Summary
plone/plone.dockerwill be renamed toplone/container-historical, following the community decision to standardize the names of the Plone container image repositories. This PR:
README.mdanddocs/index.rst, including the links toplone-backend,plone-frontendandplone-zeo, which are renamed at the same timeGHCR_IMAGEin.github/workflows/legacy-build.ymltoghcr.io/plone/plone.docker.github/CODEOWNERS, making@plone/installersthe default code owner for the whole repositoryMerge before renaming
The GHCR image name was derived from
github.repository. If the repository were renamed before this PR is merged, the next legacy build would try to publish toghcr.io/plone/container-historicalinstead ofghcr.io/plone/plone.docker.Not changed
Image names stay as they are:
plone/ploneon Docker Hub andghcr.io/plone/plone.dockeron GHCR. Mentions of "the officialplone/plone.dockerimages" inlegacy/are prose, not links, and are left alone.Closes #209
