• feature - file sharing (authenticated users) and publishing (public)
• feature - modeler page now prompts to log in if the user is not authenticated
• feature - modeler page has a new url: modeler.html -> /modeler/{id} which can be bookmarked etc
• feature - modeler page title now shows model name
• feature - unauthenticated users are now prompted to log in when opening files page and the files list is reloaded when the authentication is successful
• bugfix - file name should now correctly be displayed in Firefox
• bugfix - pages now load its controller only once
• misc - analyze button now has a more consistent colour compared to overall colours
