The automatic re-registration that drops an auto-captured pin is configured by reg_retry_interval and reg_first_retry_interval; when each retry is sent also depends on reg_retry_random_interval, which randomizes both delays. Name it with the other two.

When each retry is sent also depends onreg_retry_random_interval, which randomizes both delays, so this adds it to that list.How that randomization behaves for a retry interval shorter than
reg_retry_random_intervalis being documented in thepjsua_acc_configandpj::AccountRegConfigfield docs in pjsip/pjproject#5319. The API reference here is generated from pjproject master, so it picks that up without a change on this side.
