Pinteritte / living systems notes

This is the index for four speculative biology notebooks. I use them to work through ideas involving plants, fungi, biomaterials, and environmental sensing - sources, unsupported jumps, failure cases, and all.

Open the project index

Current notebooks

Notebook Subject
BioLume Sentinel A contained reporter plant for flagging where proper soil analysis should happen next
Coral-Suture A removable settlement scaffold for early coral recruitment
Metallophyte-Armor Copper uptake, transport, capture, and recovery in pine tissue
Titan-Mycelium A finite fungal growth pulse inside a replaceable material coupon

How I write these

Every notebook keeps four things separate: source material, my proposal, the result that would stop the project, and the smallest useful next test.

These are design studies, not experimental results or deployment instructions. If you find a bad assumption or a paper I missed, open an issue.
