Sandboxed Logseq (snap/Flatpak) remaps $HOME and hides host binaries from the bundled dugite git, so commit identity fails ("Author identity unknown") and git-crypt/git-lfs clean/smudge filters fail with exit 127 ("git-crypt: not found"). Environmental, not a code bug.
Documents the Linux requirement to install the AppImage (or unpacked .deb / AUR), the Ubuntu 24.04 AppArmor userns note, and a troubleshooting entry for the two error strings. Docs-only — no code change or release needed.
