packaging/flatpak/: manifest atualizado p/ v1.22.1 com sha256 real do tar.gz x64.github/workflows/build-flatpak.yml: a cada tag vX.Y.Z, atualiza url+sha256 do manifest automaticamente, roda flatpak-builder (x86_64) e faz upload do .flatpak na GitHub ReleasePor quê
Flatpak foi o único formato ausente na v1.22.1 — electron-builder não gera flatpak; exige manifest + flatpak-builder próprios.
