A newer version of signal-hook exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |

signal-hookfrom 0.3.17 to the current 0.4.4 release and resolves the stale branch against currentmain. The major upgrade remains compatible with the existing SIGINT and SIGTERM handling examples.Validated with nightly formatting, strict Clippy, workspace tests and doctests, docs with warnings denied, and
cargo shear.
